Problem
Aside from providing information about the treatments they provide, Balance & Harmony wanted their website to act as a lead generator so they can grow their database of clients, and for visitors to have a facility to book and pay for their appointments before their arrival
Solution
To satisfy their highlighted requirements, we designed Balance & Harmony’s website with a new look and feel in keeping with the holistic treatments they provide.
We added custom created graphics to each element of their site as well as incorporating a contact form to increase their lead flow, social media links to maximise their following and a booking system to make the website easy and effective for the user.
Provision of a minimal and simple price list so users can easily book and pay for their treatment.
Social Media links added strategically around the website as well as a simple and easy Contact Form.
“Back To Top” button noticeably placed to make the user experience easier. Instead of scrolling up, they only need to click once to be taken back to the menu.
